UNCERTAIN FUTURE: Residents and staff at Colac’s Colanda Residential Services are in the dark over the centre’s future. Mary Wooldridge is the State Government minister responsible for deciding Colanda’s fate. Ms Wooldridge visited Colac last year to meet with the families of residents and Polwarth MP Terry Mulder.
