A Colac man says the Colac Otway Shire Council is denying responsibly for damage to his motorcycle on public grounds.
DAMAGES: A fallen branch damaged Gary Haslem’s Harley Davidson when it fell onto Murray Streeta on January 15. Mr Haslem said he believed it was Colac Otway Shire Council’s responsibility to pay for replacement parts for his bike.
