COLAC leaders might have to choose between supporting children with special needs or the future of a safe walking track for the community.
Colac Otway Shire mayor Stephen Hart, student Maddie Parker, Colac Specialist School council president Beth Roe, student Josh Roe and school principal Suzanne Armstrong want a decision on a rail trail plan.
Just hope the Councillors vote in favour of the children. They have enough to contend with, without losing valuable playground area.
Surely there are already enough places to walk in and around Colac.
