If Active Taxis decided they could not keep going if the Prof Fels recomendations were accepted , I am sure that another operator or two would be quite willing to keep taxis going in Colac. The recomendations could open up some competition in town.
Competition would ensure that operators provided efficient service and good reliable , clean vehicles.These recomendations could help to provide an extremely good taxi service
