A COLAC businessman says he is “disappointed” Colac Otway Shire Council is forcing him to remove a promotional sign from his property.
Peter Morrissy, pictured with his family from left, Hayley, Charlie, Helen and Jess, is disappointed that Colac Otway Shire Council has threatened to fine him $1400 if he fails to remove a sign from his property.
