A HEALTH expert says Colac and district’s long-term smokers and people failing to access healthy food are contributing to the region’s smoking and obesity rates.

Question on this: Do they take in to consideration that fact that the Barwon Region houses a lot of people with metal illness or impairment???
I ask this as many of the medications used for some situations cause weight gain. :-/
