That’s what happens when they use the wrong statistics.
The first paragraph of this story sums up succinctly the underlying philosophy of the Liberal Party whether it be State or Federal.
They consistently pursue policies that disadvantage already disadvantaged groups.
As a member of the Liberal government Terry Mulder must believe in this philosophy so therefore one would wonder how hard he goes into bat for disadvantaged groups described in the article.
