  1. Lol. Preferred government Primary school?

A primary school. Just one of several.

But as for screwing with the parking, imagine what it will be like during the Colac show! We park blocks away as it is, this will make even that impossible

I would hardly call this the ‘back blocks of Colac’. This area is the gateway to the town, hosts most accomodation and is the site of the preferred government primary school in town. Vic Roads need to assist the primary school with parking, make Lyons Street one way and pave the footpath and curbing in Church Street. These things would be helpful!

this articile in the paper is two weeks too late, any chance to have a say now has closed as submissions needed to be in to vicroads by the end of this week. I was one of the people that went to the information session and was told that feedback needed to be in within the two weeks after that date which we did do. We donot agree with having our parking taken away, but we are in agreement with getting the upgrade. It is a shame that you have worried about small things that may affect a few people in the back blocks of Colac and not this as it affects everyone in this city not just us who live in this area. Also you may ask why our local MP did not show at the information session as it is his portfolio and his local town.
