Crossing work delay angers farm worker

OFF TRACK: A crash at the Pirron Yallock level crossing involving a truck and a train has left residents frustrated after the State Government delayed work to upgrade the crossing.

A Colac district woman says she had commented on Monday that it was only a matter of time before there was a serious crash at the Pirron Yallock level crossing.

    At least this State Government have put in plans to have the crossing up graded. What was Mr. Mulder doing in the four years before this when he was the actual TRANSPORT MIINISTER! and why weren’t people complaining about this situation then?
