Colac police will now be wearing tasers as they patrol the region, becoming the state’s 37th station to receive the devices.

Acting Senior Sergeant Mike Ryan is one of the Colac police officers who are now equipped with tasers. The devices use electric shocks to stop high-risk offenders.
