Returning Bomber among new faces

Chris Dunne is among a host of new and returning players to join Irrewarra-Beeac ahead of the 2019 Colac district league season.

Irrewarra-Beeac co-coach Jaden Angus has challenged talented footballer Chris Dunne to reach new heights on his return to the club in 2019.

Dunne has committed to the Bombers after he spent last year on rival South Colac’s list following his brother David’s move to the Roos.

Angus said Dunne was among the latest batch of recruits alongside Kaden Beckett, who had crossed from the Colac Tigers, former Bell Park junior Cameron Port, while Luke Bennett would return to football after last playing at Alvie.

They bolster the Bombers’ list after Angus confirmed gun defender Dillyn Fedley was set to play in Melbourne due to work and Adam Donald joined Bellarine league club Ocean Grove to take a step back from travel commitments.

Angus said he expected big things from Dunne during his return to Bomberland.
