Eight-year plans leads Smith to Olympic Games

Colac district shooter Penny Smith was 17 years old when she put in place an eight-year plan to get to the Olympic Games. She said there has been plenty of times she considered giving up on her dream, with her Commonwealth Games snub the biggest blow. But after almost a decade, Smith achieved her goal and will represent Australia at next year's Tokyo Games.
