The Colac District Football Netball League has set a date when it will announce whether the 2020 season will go ahead.
League chairman Peter Hickey confirmed an announcement would be made on June 9, in line with the Bellarine and Geelong leagues.
CDFNL club delegates met last night to discuss the situation surrounding the effects of the coronavirus pandemic on the Colac district community.
Mr Hickey said the clubs would meet again following the State Government’s next announcement regarding sporting restrictions in early June.
He said they would cast an official vote on the 2020 season, which would then be announced on June 9.
