Case numbers stay steady in Colac Otway

Active coronavirus case numbers remain steady across Colac and district, with 11 cases active in Colac Otway Shire.

The latest DHHS figures show no new cases in the past 24 hours in the shire, with the total case number at 102 since the outbreak began.

Surf Coast Shire has three active cases, Corangamite has zero and Golden Plains has zero.

Warrnambool has two active cases, Ballarat has five, and Greater Geelong has 50.

Victoria has recorded 70 new cases of coronavirus since yesterday, with the total number of cases now at 19,138. There are 2519 active cases in the state.

There have been five new deaths from COVID-19 reported since yesterday. Two women aged in their 70s, two women aged in their 80s and one woman aged in her 90s. Two of the deaths occurred before yesterday but only appeared in today’s figures.
