Apollo Bay has broken new ground in the Colac district league and perhaps local footy in Australia by appointing three females to fill the club’s major off-field positions.

In a first for the CDFNL, Apollo Bay has appointed three women to lead its football-netball committee; Tina Clissold, Sally Cannon, and Jane Johnston.
