Winchelsea Community House has grand plans for the town’s former shire hall, after Surf Coast Shire Council agreed to work with volunteers to finally reopen the iconic building.

BIG DREAMS: Winchelsea Shire Hall would host an all-encompassing, self-sustaining community facility, under bold plans from Winchelsea Community House. The hall has been vacant since 2019.
