Winch hall in public’s hands

HISTORIC COMMUNITY HUB: Winchelsea Community House will begin managing the town’s former shire hall from next year. Virginia Anscombe, Tony Phelps, Wendy Greaves, Lesley Christie and Amanda Bettess celebrated the handover this week.
