Fifteen passionate pooches and their owners caught up at Central Reserve on Friday to campaign for an off-lead dog park in Colac.
Colac’s Emily Coverdale and her dog BellaDonna are among local dog owners and their pups calling on Colac Otway Shire Council to apply for funding for an off-leash dog park where dogs could exercise and socialise.
Needs the support of our council because it is now widely accepted that our furry friend’s companionship traits have huge benefits in areas such as exercise to healthy lifestyle also mental health which ties in loneliness in older or sick people
