A planned 100-place childcare development in Colac’s Wood Street will be the fifth centre proposed in Colac in the past year.
NEEDS: There have been five proposals for childcare centres in Colac in the past year, offering 520 much-needed places for children but there would need to be about 98 new staff to support the centres.
