A woman has been winched to safety in the second beach rescue off the Otways coast in a matter of weeks.
TO THE RESCUE: A woman was winched to safety in a beach rescue this week at Wreck Beach, Gellibrand Lower. SES, Ambulance Victoria, CFA and Parks Victoria crews worked together during the incident in treacherous conditions.
