Colac and district netball umpires will have a chance to sharpen their skills this season with the CDFNL offering an umpire development program for the first time.
OFFICIAL: Colac district umpire Olivia Speirs was awarded her B badge for netball umpiring at Parkville in September. A B badge indicates a strong understanding of the game, positioning, and rule interpretation, and is required for umpiring higher divisions or representative matches. CDFNL’s netball coaches co-ordinator Sally Montano said it’s a “massive achievement”.
