Forrest Primary School's Tina Sgro, Jaxon Kurzman, ELise Sgro and their classmates thrilled their teachers, while Colac Secondary School also saw an upward curve in its cohort.

SCHOOL'S OPENING UP ✏️🏫🍎

St Mary’s Primary School Prep student Elise Bishop and her Grade One brother Hamish Bishop, pictured right, are looking forward to being back with their year levels when they attend class as normal today after an easing of restrictions.

But their Grade Four sister Lila Morris will have to stay in remote learning, when she doesn’t attend class as the child of an essential worker – their mum Kaila Bishop, pictured left.

Kinder, Prep, Grade One, Grade Two and Year 12 students will return to classrooms across the Colac district today, while other year levels will continue with remote learning.
