My name is Jennie and I am the daughter of Thorold Merrett, great uncle to Jackson Merrett who will make his AFL debut for Essendon on September 1 at the MCG. The game is against Collingwood, the team my dad played for. Dad and I will be attending the game as we do every week, in the old players section of the Collingwood members….but I can tell you there will be two old Collingwood diehards cheering loudly for our wonderfully talented family member who plays for the Bombers. Good Luck Jackson.
