COLAC and district people with a disability will have access to an insurance scheme, after the state and federal governments agreed on a deal.
Governments agree on disability insurance
Victorian Premier Ted Baillieu and Federal Community Services Minister Jenny Macklin have signed off on a disability insurance scheme in the Barwon region.
