Our ambos do a fantastic job. We as a community need to support them.
Sadly, CAH board didn’t even consider our ambos worth talking to prior to the board deciding to close the casualty department over night.
I can sympathise with Mr McGhie, when he says they don’t have much faith in a solution being found: The CAH board has yet to admit they made a mistake in the first place, and judging from what the Mayor said the other day, it sounds like they are reluctant party to the consultation process.
