   Did the State Government contribute anything to the project? If not, why would Terry Mulder be involved in the opening?

      Hi Phil, funding for the redevelopment came from:
      * $250,000 Colac Otway Shire Council budget;
      * $150,000 from the council’s Local Government Infrastructure Program allocation (state funded);
      * $350,000 from a state grant.
