Colac has its own little “club” of people who are in businesses and other places of power\influence that virtually decide and run this town… Mr Small would know many of these people.
This town is going down hill by those stats and its because of this “club”.
I bet he’d agree with the stats if was to received a FALSE copy say ‘Colac is in the top 10’.
