FORMER Colac mayor and long-time community volunteer Peter Mercer has received an Australia Day honour.
Medal for former mayor
RECOGNITION: Gerangamete’s Peter Mercer is a recipient of the Medal of the Order of Australia for service to local government and 20 community organisations. He says he has always been a farmer alongside his community involvement.
