Separation Creek’s Peter Jacobs, Kate Cotter, who is leading a state-wide lobby opposing a Bushfire Management Overlay, and Lorne’s Tony Cotter attended Colac Otway Shire Council’s consultation session at Wye River to discuss its draft bushfire planning policy.
