A TRUCK driver escaped injury after his truck crashed and spilled 40 tonnes of grain at Carlisle River, south of Colac, this week.

  1. These Incidents continue to occur, given it involved a truck carrying 40 tonnes of grain if other vehicles had become involved the outcome could have been catastrophic.

    This is why Colac should have at least two Ambulances available to respond to Emergencies and if the Ambulances are busy then the CFA should be enlisted to be back up First responders as they could resuscitate, provide pain relief and stabilise patients until an Ambulance arrives.
