UPGRADING the Princes Highway between Colac and Winchelsea will cost $153 million less than the state and federal governments previously estimated.

Polwarth MP Terry Mulder, Corangamite MP Sarah Henderson and Premier Denis Napthine this week confirmed $362-million funding for a Princes Highway upgrade between Colac and Winchelsea.
