A COMMUNITY campaign to pressure the State Government to fix one of the Colac district’s worst roads can claim a victory, with a $2.97-million commitment announced yesterday.
Success in push for road upgrade
Colac motorist Jayne Olds’ call for a major upgrade of Timboon-Colac Road has been answered by Transport Minister and Polwarth MP Terry Mulder, who promised to spend $2.97 million on the road next year. The upgrade will improve 5.3 kilometres of the road.
