COLAC school principals want children to cancel accounts on age-restricted social media sites and have urged parents to be more involved when their children access the internet.
St Mary’s PS principal Mick Mahoney is encouraging primary school pupils to stay off online sites with age restrictions to protect them from predators and cyber bullying. Mr Mahoney discusses safe use of the internet with Sufi Lacayan, Annabelle Stoddart and Alina Bright.
