Colac gym opening, but pool and stadium face delays
Colac Otway Shire Council chief Sue Wilkinson and mayor Frank Buchanan are “thrilled” to confirm an opening date for the first stage of Colac’s Bluewater redevelopment which includes a gymnasium, twice as large as the previous area.
