THE FIRST phase of a new growth plan for Colac to cater for 20,000 residents by 2050 will initially focus on employment and attracting business to the city.

Colac Otway’s Doug McNeill and Suzanne Barker are working on Colac 2050 Project, a plan to ensure Colac has space and facilities to meet future demands.
