In the Geelong Advertiser article “Accused fraudster travel agent Jordan Dittloff apologises in newspaper” from June 17, there was mention of a press release that was going to be delivered to the Colac Herald for publishing. Did this ever eventuate? I can not seem to find any reference to it on this site. Extract from referenced article:

Mr Dittloff has failed to make a public statement despite declaring he was “putting together a media release” as he left Melbourne Magistrates’ Court after being granted bail on Friday.
The Herald Sun has asked his lawyer, Ian Pugh, numerous times for the promised statement, and he said his client had “instructed me that the only print media for the media release was the Colac Herald”.
