HORSES are set to officially test out the revamped Colac track for the first time as racing’s return to the district nears.
Horse racing trials to return to Colac Turf Club
Horseracing will return to the Colac Turf Club in December, with Jump Outs starting next week. Turf club president Matthew Walsh met with Australian Lamb Company Group’s Mick Bird, left, and John Verrall, right, after the company won naming rights for the Colac Gold Cup. The Cup will return in February next year.
