A COLAC fisherman says he hopes authorities will introduce a virus which could kill carp in Lake Colac without harming native fish.

Colac’s RACV agency operating within the Toyota

Colac’s RACV agency operating within the Toyota dealership on Murray Street will close by the second half of this year.

RACV executive general manager Mark Geraghty thanked the team in Colac for their service over the past 25 years.

“After consideration of the changing needs of our members and our business, the RACV has decided to end the agreement with our agent servicing the Colac area,” Mr Geraghty said.
