A LAKE COLAC watcher says he believes up to 500 tonnes of carp have died in the lake, contradicting the EPA’s estimated of up to 300.

Irrewarra resident and Lake Colac campaigner John Martin says he believes there are up to 500 tonnes of dead fish on Lake Colac, higher than the Environment Protection Authority’s estimated 300 individual fish.
