A Colac motorist says concerns about potholes have caused a frightening hazard on the Princes Highway near Winchelsea, months after the newly upgraded road re-opened.

Colac’s Emma Eldib had to repair her windscreen last week after flying bitumen from a pothole shattered the glass near Winchelsea.
