RoadSafe Otway will encourage Colac Otway Shire Council to make footpath access safer and easier for Colac’s motorised-scooter users, after hearing concerns at an education day this week.

Kana committee president Brayden Smith said officials estimated about 5000 people turned out to the Colac Showgrounds across the festival on Saturday.

The club opened its latest grant round this month.

Meriba president Robyn Alexander said the small grants program began in 2014.
