Colac Custom Car and Bike Show will not go ahead next year, with organisers blaming “ever-increasing red tape” for their decision.
Committee cancels car and bike show
Colac’s car show committee has confirmed it will host a new event at Camperdown next year, replacing the Colac show it cancelled because of an “impasse” with Colac Otway Shire Council.

Colac Otway Shire shame on your guys. This is a major event and you just gotta spoil it for everyone including local businesses and fun for the families. Why do you make everything so hard?
I live in Qld and I have heard about how good this show is. Pitty the council greed has cost them a major event. Lots of tourist dollars will be lost.
