Colac Otway Shire Council has allowed owners of a Colac home to leave the property in a derelict condition because owners have been “working very proactively with council”.
Burnt home remains derelict
A home on the corner of Stewart Street and Wilson Street has sat vacant and in disrepair for more than five years and residents are calling for action.
