Otway Districts football officials are on the hunt for a new senior coach after Zach Hickleton and the club mutually agreed to part ways.
The Demons were hopeful Hickleton would stay on in a co-coaching capacity in 2020 in a bid to attract more recruits to the club after Hickleton took on the role in a standalone position this year.
But Bannockburn product Hickleton said it was time for a new voice at the Demons after he spent the past four seasons at the club.
Hickleton had two seasons as an assistant to Tom Mullane-Grant, before joining the gun full-forward in the top job last year when Mullane-Grant was travelling during his last season in the role.
