Colac Tigers veteran Lochie Veale says growing his hair out to honour cancer sufferers has brought back memories of his time as an emerging young AFL footballer.

Champion Colac Tigers ruckman Lochie Veale hasn’t had a haircut since the club’s tilt at a premiership last year. Veale will tonight shave off his locks, pictured inset, after helping raise more than $2000 for the Cancer Council.
