Fund pays tribute to hero father and son’s legacy
The new Powell Legacy Fund will provide grants and scholarships to help people transition from school to work or further learning. It was created in honour of Ross and Andy Powell, father-and-son lifesavers who died rescuing a swimmer near Port Campbell during Easter last year. The men had a commitment to volunteering, education and agriculture.
