Colac Otway now has 46 confirmed cases of COVID-19, a rise of three in 24 hours.
The latest figures from the Department of Health and Human Services confirm the case numbers, and say there are 45 cases linked to an outbreak centred on Australian Lamb Company Colac.
Surf Coast Shire has four active cases, Corangamite has zero, Greater Geelong has 29, Golden Plains has six, Warrnambool has zero and Ballarat has 11.
Portland now has seven confirmed cases, all part of the same cluster.
There are 3995 active cases in the state of Victoria, with the department reporting 357 new cases in the past day.

The Australian Defence Force, Colac Area Health, Colac Otway Shire Council, CFA, Victoria Police, SES, DELWP, Timboon Health and the Department of Education are helping with the response.
Colac Motor Group has advised that a staff member there has tested positive to COVID. The business has been closed since Wednesday as a precaution before the positive test result came back on Friday. The worker has not been at the workplace since July 17.
A student of Colac’s St Mary’s Primary School has tested positive and the school will close on Monday and Tuesday for a deep clean. The student has not been at school in the past week.
Colac East Kindergarten closed on Friday afternoon for deep cleaning, after a family member of a child who attends the kinder tested positive to COVID-19. The kinder is awaiting the results of further tests before reopening.
