Colac Otway’s active COVID-19 case total fell again today and is now at 61.
State Government data shows 13 cases fewer cases in today’s numbers, which is the largest single-day decrease since the start of the pandemic, eclipsing yesterday’s total of 11.
DHHS also reduced the total case figure by eight, to now sit at 100.
Today marks four consecutive days without an increase in total infections.
Thirty-nine confirmed cases from Colac Otway have now recovered from the virus, with 24 of those reflected in State Government figures from the last two days.

Where To BuyElsewhere, Surf Coast has one less case and is now at 5, while Corangamite, zero, and Golden Pains, 11, were unchanged.
Greater Geelong also saw its active case total decrease by seven, with it now at 172.
Across the state there were 278 new coronavirus cases reported today, with 61 cases reclassified. There are now 15,863 active COVID-19 cases in Victoria.
There were eight deaths from the virus yesterday, bringing the state’s toll to 275.
