Colac Otway has recorded one new COVID-19 case in the past 24 hours, the latest DHHS figures show.
This case is likely the case of a Bulla staff member who tested positive late yesterday.
There have been no new recoveries in the shire since yesterday.
Colac Otway currently has 11 active cases, and 102 total since the pandemic began.
Other municipalities in the region either have steady or falling infection rates.

Warrnambool’s active case load is down to two, Ballarat has six and there are 50 active cases in Greater Geelong.
Victoria has recorded 73 new cases of coronavirus since yesterday, with the total number of cases now at 19,080, of which 2620 are active.
The daily statistics include 41 new deaths statewide. Thirty-three of those deaths were people who died in previous weeks related to aged-care centres, but the DHHS only received reports of the deaths in the past 24 hours.
The deaths include four women and three men aged in their 70s, 10 women and seven men aged in their 80s, 13 women and three men in their 90s and one woman in her 100s.
