There have been no new COVID-19 cases in Colac and district in the past 24 hours.
Premier Daniel Andrews has told this morning’s briefing that there have been no new cases in regional Victoria, including Colac Otway Shire.
There are 52 active cases in regional Victoria.
Victoria recorded 41 new cases in the past 24 hours and seven deaths. There are 116 Victorians in hospital, 11 in intensive care, and five on a ventilator.
Premier Andrews indicated regional Victoria would reach thresholds to reopen further mid-week, after a slight reduction at midnight tonight.

“This strategy is working, this strategy is delivering low numbers and keeping them low,” he said.
Reopening would enable dining businesses to reopen with outdoor dining protocols.
“Once we start to open up in regional Victoria, that sense of vigilance that’s made that possible will need to continue,” Mr Andrews said.
